A commitment to excellence and efficiency, along with the development of a unique network of employees, suppliers, contractors and business agents, has enabled me to establish Roger Kreps Drywall & Plastering, Inc. as a major player in the Tri-State area.
From the time our company was founded in 1984 to the present, we have seen our employee base increase from just 6 to nearly 150. In addition, our company's job base has evolved from small area commercial work to significant new construction and renovations, not only in the Youngstown area but also in large metropolitan markets such as Akron, Canton, Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
In order to expand into other areas, I realize that we would need resourceful concepts. A strong local nucleus of people was already in place to handle the explosion of the Youngstown market, so it became imperative to establish similar working relationships with the people in the regions we wished to expand into. I take special pride in that distinctive network which is in place today.
As we continue to expand, RK Inc. is now able to handle more volume than ever before, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and a solid work ethic. Our current and past contracts represent prominent names in their respective industries and include hospitals, retail spaces, banks, office buildings, prisons, shopping malls, institutions, schools and universities.
It is my intention to continue to provide the finest quality work conceivable in the most expedient manner possible. I am truly proud of our accomplishments thus far and look forward to the challenges ahead.
